Chemical Civil Engineer from the Universidad de Chile, with 35 years of work experience in environmental and human environment matters. Has worked in the design of environmental and human environment regulations, in the preparation and review of environmental impact studies and statements for projects, audits, and due diligence processes. Has served as Regional Director of CONAMA in the Antofagasta Region, and Head of the Environmental Unit of the Ministry of Mining of Chile, among other positions.

She worked for 11 years at CONAMA Antofagasta, serving as Regional Director (Acting) for the last three years. She subsequently worked at Montgomery Watson and Harza (MWH), at Antofagasta Minerals, at Minera El Tesoro, and at Minera Centinela. From 2015 to 2020, she held the position of Sustainability and External Affairs Manager for the Chuquicamata Division and the Ministro Hales Division at Codelco.

He has worked on environmental projects, primarily in closure plans, EIAs, DIAs, relevance analyses, environmental strategies, environmental audits, consolidation of RCA commitments (Environmental Qualification Resolutions), preparation, processing, and management of environmental and sectoral permits, and the management and business development of environmental consultancy.

Lawyer and Master's in Environmental Law from the University of Chile, with more than 10 years of experience in production processes across different sectors, such as mining, hydrocarbon industry, port terminals, forestry assets, agribusiness, salmon farming, and power generation projects. Her main areas of work include the SEIA (Environmental Impact Assessment System), environmental regulatory compliance strategies, environmental due diligences, and audits of RCA (Environmental Qualification Resolution) compliance and management systems.

Environmental Chemist, with more than 10 years of professional experience in the management and environmental assessment of projects, primarily in mining. He has held positions as a Project Coordinator and Consultant in strategic aspects of sustainability and environmental assessment, environmental and sectoral permits, mine closure plans, sustainability risk analysis, and the implementation and auditing of Management Systems (ISO 9001 and 14001), among others.

Environmental Engineer from the University of Santiago, Chile, with more than 15 years of professional experience in Engineering service and project companies, mainly focused on large and medium-sized mining. Extensive experience in project leadership and management, in areas such as the preparation and processing of DIAs/EIAs, relevance queries/consultations, baseline studies/surveys, permit management, and closure plans, among others.

Fernando Toledo

General Manager

Founding Partner of GS3, he is a Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and has a Master's from Stanford University. He has more than 25 years of experience in regulatory, environmental, and social issues, having held executive positions in mining and corporate operations. He specializes in project direction, strategic analysis, early support for engineering, risk assessment, and due diligences in production areas. He has been a Manager at GS3 since 2008.
